A GLIMPSE INSIDE THE VILLA
La Querencia offers a main building with five en-suite bedrooms, each with sweeping views of the garden and sea. This is also where you will find the main living and dining area, the main kitchen, and the TV room. The primary residence also features the main outdoor spaces, including a beautiful dining area by the sea and a breathtaking roof terrace suitable for both dining and lounging.
The guest house is a smaller, cozier option. It consists of three en-suite bedrooms and is separate from the main villa. It also has its own living, dining, and kitchen area. Both buildings have a bedroom that can be configured as twin beds – perfect for children. All other beds are king-sized.
The villa is surrounded by a lush landscape garden and boasts a heated pool, providing a tranquil and refreshing oasis. Alongside thermal CCTV, the villa is fenced on all sides except for the sea side, offering a sense of privacy and security.
La Querencia accommodates up to eighteen guests in complete tranquility, where every space invites relaxation and connection.
